Working eight hours a day in some office for thirty -fourty years at the end of which they tell you to quit to a life of retirement in the village hoping to die before suffering the indignity of trying to make it to the toilet on time is madness which is what I call the slowlane. It has sentenced most people in my country to a smiling poor lifestyle. Are you entrapped in this slowlane rat race already or you're already a victim now mourning this regretable predicament. Don't worry The Most High God can always make a way where there seems none.
I'm here to guide you into knowledge of the truth about this slowlane and available escape route to the most desirable speedlane. If you're ready, lets examine and give a little analysis of the "lie you've been sold - The Slowlane". What is all about?
A Sacrifice Of Today In The Hopes of Better Future
Those who are threading on the slowlane of life have been deceived to believe that the way to a better tomorrow is to struggle to get a job that makes them waste 5 days in a week toiling at the office. They faithfully commit to making savings of a percentagle of their monthly earnings to the RSA - Retirement Savings Account, which they have no control over. They're sentenced to quit dreaming of owning an exotic car, mansion at the city, etc because there's no way they can afford them. They are encouraged to save, save and save in the bank and or through stock market investment because compound interest is so powerful that ten thousand will convert to 10 billion in fifty years.
Generally, most people are only looking forward to a better tomorrow. They tend to say to themselves: "I'l be paid good money at retirement," I'll win the lottery,", "After my father's death I'll inherit his wealth." Today's pleasurable wealthy lifestyle is sacrificed on the alter of servitude. Unfortunately, with growing responsibilities, perhaps increased number of children and dependants, increasing utility bills and the need to upgrade academically, they're faced with the futile reality of waliking the slowlane. But they seem to be already entrapped with the impression that almost everybody is having same experience and if they're surviving, I too will survive it all.
Regretably, the direction and instruction to travel this lane is given by people who are trusted by the society. They're either financial experts, renowned teachers, our parents and even promoted on radio and television broadcasts. Government establishmets organize official trainings to educate their staff about the efficacy of the system. With these category of respected people behind this deception, it tends to gain undeserved attention and acknowledgement of its efficacy. Meanwhile, the undeniable bitter truth about it, is that its a wealthy-life sucker. The slowlane is simply a lifetime wager, only good at sacrificing today hoping for a richer future. The big question is: "How many slowlane walkers have actually lived to witness the dreamed glorious tomorrow". Most slowlane walkers who ended up with a "wealthy tomorrow" had been those who looted or embezzled public funds. Otherwise, the lane usually ends with regretable unrepairable disappointment.
